The winners of the kmbs Scholarship Program are:
Bohdan Lohvynenko
Oleksandra Matviichuk
Vita Dumanska
Olha Sahaidak
They have successfully passed all stages of selection and will start training in the Executive MBA program on October 29. Congratulations!
This time we received 23 applications for one scholarship. After carefully studying each of them, 16 managers were selected for the final stage - interviews with MBA program managers.
According to Olena Zhyltsova, the Executive MBA Program Manager:
"All sixteen scholarship candidates who were invited to the final stage of the competitive selection are very strong. They are all intelligent, ambitious persons, work with crucial issues, represent Ukraine in the world, and are social innovators. Therefore, it was not easy to make a final decision, even after a thorough study of all projects and the experience of all candidates. But I believe that the School managed to choose projects for which the Executive MBA program will be a great multiplier here and now, will help to make a new qualitative leap, and maximize their impact on the environment."
Launching the scholarship was a natural step for kmbs. The educational activity of the School is aimed at ensuring that modern managers, acquiring a new type of thinking and developing leadership skills, create a qualitatively different reality for themselves, their business and Ukrainian society. To achieve a synergistic effect, this transformation must take place among representatives from various fields, such as business, culture, education, social and public institutions.
Eduard Maltsev, the Deputy Dean of kmbs and Head of Presidents ’MBA, told us about the key goal of the scholarship program:
"Scholarships stimulate training of managers and the development of institutions that have a significant impact on society. Scholarships are also important for the MBA learning process. Learning in the same classroom, business and NGOs leaders begin to see the broader picture; better understand each other's issues; enrich each other with approaches to operational management; get acquainted with strategic management in various areas of activity."
The next selection for kmbs scholarships will take place in the spring of 2021.
The business schooll will 75 per cent of the tuition in the Executive MBA program.
