"High-level strategy is an opportunity to influence the course of the state and the future of the people," noted the Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine Ms. Larysa Haladza during her meeting with participants of the School for Strategy Architects.
On October 9, kmbs had the opportunity to host Ms. Larisa with a lecture on high-level strategies. She shared her experience in designing strategies for various Canadian authorities and pointed out how changes in the country's agenda and priorities had set the course in policy-making since 1994.
During the meeting, the participants of the School for Strategy Architects received practical recommendations on the strategy design and implementation. Ms. Ambassador stressed that the prerequisites for creating a great strategy are both the vision of the leader and his ability to convey this vision to the entire team working on the document. She also advised to engage those people in the working group who would be brave enough to tell the leader what he did not want to hear.
It is a great honor for kmbs to receive an official of this level at the School. This is an invaluable opportunity for Ukrainian architects to get acquainted with the best international practices and use this knowledge in creating strategies that could determine the future of Ukraine.
We would like to thank Ms. Larysa for a sincere conversation and assistance in the development of our country!
